Infrastructure IoT Solutions

See where your facility uses energy, water and fuel, and how the equipment behind it is performing. Valiantview connects meters and sensors across your site to an online dashboard. Your team can compare consumption, investigate changes in equipment performance and measure the impact of conservation projects.

Energy, Water and Fuel

Energy Monitoring System

See how much electricity your facility uses, when demand peaks and how much power your solar and wind systems generate. A gateway collects readings from energy meters and renewable generation equipment so you can follow power from its source to the areas that use it.

Compare consumption by day, month, year or a period you choose. Track voltage, current, active, apparent and reactive power, and investigate power quality using power factor and total harmonic distortion. The system also suggests energy conservation measures and includes tools to calculate savings and, where configured, verify them.

Portable IoT Energy Logger

Study an individual machine or circuit using a portable logger. Clamp-on current sensors and voltage probes capture electrical readings, which the logger sends wirelessly to a web dashboard.

View instantaneous demand alongside historical trends in energy use, voltage, current and power quality. Compare operating periods to see how a change affects consumption, calculate savings and set web, email or SMS alerts.

Water Flow, Quality and Tank Level Monitoring

Follow water from its source through your distribution network. Flow meters show how much water moves through each monitored point, quality sensors take readings directly in the water, and level sensors show how much remains in each tank. Tank levels can be measured from above using ultrasound or from within the tank using a pressure sensor.

View flow, quality and level together on a web or mobile dashboard. Compare consumption across locations and time periods, calculate water savings and receive alerts when readings cross configured limits. Optional tools suggest and verify water conservation measures.

Diesel Generator and Vehicle Fuel Monitoring

Track fuel levels and consumption across generators, trucks, dumpers and other machinery. Fuel sensors show how much diesel each asset uses, while generator energy meters record the electricity produced.

Compare generators by electricity produced per litre, vehicles by litres consumed per kilometre, and machinery by litres consumed per operating hour. Review generation and mileage reports alongside fuel trends to see which assets need a closer look.

Building and Environmental Systems

Environmental, Air Quality and Busbar Temperature Monitoring

Bring readings from indoor sensors, an outdoor weather station and electrical busbar temperature sensors onto one dashboard. Facilities teams can check room conditions, follow changes in air quality and identify when a monitored busbar exceeds its temperature limit.

Depending on the sensors installed, the system tracks temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, fine and coarse particles (PM2.5 and PM10), volatile organic compounds, and oxides of sulphur and nitrogen. Review trends over time and receive configured alerts through the web, mobile app, email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Individual Battery Cell Monitoring

Check individual cells within a battery bank instead of relying on the overall charge reading alone. Battery modules measure each cell’s voltage and temperature. The dashboard displays these readings alongside charge percentage, mains power status, and battery-room temperature and humidity.

Compare cells and battery systems over time to see which readings have changed. Web, email and SMS alerts draw attention to conditions that need review.

HVAC Monitoring and Control

See how chillers, cooling towers, pumps and air handling units work together to cool your building. Track supply, return and fresh-air temperatures alongside blower power, operating times and cooling load. Optional airflow and differential pressure measurements give your team a closer view of air distribution.

Review cooling tower performance and compare current and historical cooling loads. Depending on the equipment and site configuration, the system also supports chiller control, pump control and adjustments to air handling unit operation.

Industrial Equipment and Utilities

Condition Monitoring for Rotating Equipment

Monitor the vibration, temperature and electrical behaviour of motors, gearboxes, pumps and wind turbines. Sensors measure vibration in three directions. For pumps, the system can also bring together flow, pressure and power readings so your team can assess changes in the context of the work the pump is doing.

Set warning and critical limits for each monitored asset. When readings change, maintenance teams can review vibration trends, electrical load, current patterns and AI-assisted diagnostics from a remote dashboard.

Compressed Air Monitoring

Track the electricity each compressor uses and the air it delivers. Power, airflow and pressure meters show compressor performance, while a dew point sensor at the dryer helps your team monitor moisture. Further flow and pressure readings show conditions along the distribution line.

Compare power use while compressors are loaded and unloaded, and track the power required for each unit of airflow (kW/CFM). Schedule reports, review AI-assisted analysis and receive alerts by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Boiler and Steam Monitoring

View steam output alongside the conditions inside your boiler system. Instruments measure steam flow and pressure, boiler water level, dissolved solids, stack temperature, oxygen level and blower power. Electrical meters also track power factor and harmonic distortion.

Compare steam output and consumption across operating periods, review suggested energy conservation measures and verify savings where configured. The platform also supports site-specific boiler controls and alerts.

Transformer Monitoring

Track transformer loading alongside winding temperature, oil temperature and oil level. Depending on the configuration, sensors can also measure moisture in the oil, dissolved hydrogen and partial discharge. Readings from electrical meters and protection relays are available on the same dashboard.

Review daily, weekly, monthly or yearly trends in loading, power, energy consumption and power quality. Set web, email, SMS or WhatsApp alerts for conditions your team needs to investigate.

Reports and Notifications

For energy, portable logging, water, fuel, environmental, battery, boiler and transformer monitoring, reports can be exported in Excel (XLS), CSV, PDF, JPG and PNG formats. Notification channels vary by solution and include web notifications, email, SMS, mobile app and WhatsApp.
